During this recording, you will remain alert and you can focus on whatever you are doing.  The suggestions will filter into your subconscious mind making changes from within.  Listen to this recording as much as possible, while driving, cleaning, exercising or whatever you may be doing.  The more you listen, the faster you will see results.  The more you listen, the more powerful your change will be.

You are smart, strong and confident.  You feel good about yourself, just as you are.  Every day your relationship with food gets better.  You easily relax when there is stress in your environment.  You live your life in a relaxed, peaceful way.  Food is nutrition.  You eat only until you are full, then you easily push food away.  Food has no meaning.  You lose interest in food, except to nourish your body.  You begin to see fatty foods for what they are.  Unhealthy foods are completely unappealing to you.  Unhealthy foods are ugly, and you have no desire for them.  Cakes, cookies and candy are simply too sweet, too rich and there is no way you would ever put them in your mouth.  You understand that some foods are very unhealthy for your body.  Your body and how it functions is very important to you, so you reject these foods.  You are alert and can easily focus on whatever you are doing.  You prefer healthy fruits, vegetables and healthy proteins.  You eat only small amounts.  You realize that if you are full, you have eaten too much.  Just a few bites makes you feel pleasantly comfortable.  It feels so good to push the extra food away.  You know that your body only needs small amounts of healthy foods to perform at capacity. 

It’s easy for you to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, they make a great, easy snack and are always available.  You keep plenty of them on hand so it’s easy to reach into the fridge and grab some.  Any cravings you previously had are gone and you now only consider eating foods that bring nourishment into your body.  You crave a healthy body.  Your desire for a completely healthy body increases with every day.  You simply refuse to put anything into your body except for nutritious, healthy food.  Your body digests these foods easily and you have so much more energy.  You exercise daily, and the exercise energizes your body for the whole day.  You love to exercise.  You love what it does for your body.  You begin to be more playful, happier. 

You are taking care of your body and you feel good about yourself.  You love having a slender, attractive body.  It feels good to be in a slender, sexy body.  You are confident, strong, energetic and have more focus than you ever have.  No goal is out of reach for you.  You love who you are and what you are doing for your self and your body. It’s easy for you to remain alert and even now you feel more energetic, giving more attention to what you are doing.  Social situations are easy for you.  When you go out to eat, you simply order what you need.  Lean meats, vegetables and salads are readily available at most every restaurant you go to.  You simply order these healthy foods, and after just a few bites, you are pleasantly full and ask for a take home box.  You could never eat all the food they bring you at the restaurant!  They bring enough food for four people!  You only need small amounts of the right kinds of food, and you eat several times a day to keep your metabolism functioning at a high rate.  You snack on carrots, celery, apples and other foods that bring vitamins and minerals to your system.  These foods are simply delicious to you and easily satisfy any cravings that you have.

You always keep food with you in case you need a quick snack.  An apple or banana, carrots or celery make a great snack on the run, and you are always prepared with healthy snacks on hand.  You keep nuts, an apple or other healthy snack in your purse or car in case you get hungry.  If you must eat fast food, you choose a healthy salad.  Or you can simply swing into a grocery store and pick up some grapes or other healthy food that will satisfy your body’s need.  Even the convenience stores sell carrots and celery, ready to eat. 

Every food you eat is simply a choice, and you are choosing the foods and drinks that nourish your body.  You drink plenty of water, and other drinks are simply not important.  When you exercise, you drink water, and water rinses the fat and toxins from your cells.  You drink plenty of water and when you do, you get healthier and healthier.  You feel great.  You know that your body is benefiting from eating these healthy foods and it is easier every day to make the right food choices.  You lose interest in food, it means nothing to you.  Food is only fuel.  Your body needs it to run at peak performance, and you only fill it with quality fuel.  You would never put oil in a gas tank, that would be silly.  So you would never put unhealthy, fatty, sugary foods in your body.  You never want to feel sluggish or run down.  You want energy, and plenty of it.  You want to be slender.  You eat slender, you talk slender, you walk slender, you smile slender, you exercise slender, you sleep slender, you are slender.  You feel slender and no one can take that away from you.  You can even imagine yourself as being slender, how it feels, how it looks.  You’re wearing slender clothes, maybe clothes that haven’t fit for years.  It feels so good to know that you are eating slender.  Other foods fade away into the distance, you don’t notice them.  It’s almost as if they have become invisible to you.  You can’t even see them.  What stands out is fresh fruits and vegetables, and healthy sources of protein.  You know the kinds of foods that are good for your body, and your body only will be satisfied with those foods.  You love the commitment that you have to being slender.  No one can sway you from that commitment.  You have resolved to being slender.  You love that resolve.  You can do it.  All you have to do is eat slender, drink slender and exercise slender.  It becomes easier every day. You are alert and completely aware of your surroundings.  Your energy level is increasing already.  You keep in your mind all the benefits of eating healthy and being slender.  You have tons of energy.  Your moods are stable.  You look great in your clothes.  You look great out of your clothes.  Your ability to focus and concentrate are enhanced.  You feel great about yourself and all your relationships benefit from that.  Your work improves.  Your life improves in every area.  Your health problems fade away as you become more and more slender.  Your body is easily able to use the small amounts of food you eat to rebuild and heal your body.  You need less sleep and have so much energy to go through the day.  You remain energized throughout the whole day and easily accomplish tasks that before might have taken much longer.  Your mind works clearly and it’s easy for you to focus and keep on task. 

You exercise daily, bringing healthy oxygen to each cell in your body.  You love to exercise.  It feels so good.  You find ways to exercise that are fun for you.  You are more involved with life.  You remain calm in tense situations.  You easily see problems only as obstacles and can objectively find solutions that benefit everyone involved.  No situation is too difficult for you.  At parties, you simply eat from the veggie or fruit tray and are completely satisfied.  You engage yourself in conversation and feel completely centered and satisfied. 

You always eat a healthy snack before going to parties or other events, so you never let yourself get too hungry.  And if there are no acceptable foods there, you easily wait until later.  You would never put fatty, sugary foods into your body.  You would never ruin that wonderful energy that you have from eating the right foods.  You never eat like a fat person!  You reject all foods that are unhealthy for your body.  Those foods are just ugly to you.  They might even remind you of big pieces of fat.  They are very unappealing.  You lose interest in unhealthy drinks.  Your calorie intake is low, and you know when you have had just enough.  You maintain a slender, healthy lifestyle.  It’s easy for you to focus on whatever you are doing, alert and aware, just letting these words play in the background. 

Fresh water tastes wonderful and you prefer it.  You experiment with bottled waters and find great pleasure in drinking them.  They make you feel luxurious.  You might drink herbal teas and other healthful drinks.  Drinks that have plenty of antioxidants.  Drinks that help rinse the fat and toxins out of your body.  It feels wonderful to be so clear-headed.  You remember that old foggy, sluggish feeling, when you used to eat unhealthy foods and drink unhealthy drinks.  You resolve now and forever that those times are in the past. 

You choose health.  You choose to be slender and everything that you do is consistent with that.  If you used to overeat in the evening, you now find ways to keep busy.  You have healthy snacks and have more time for hobbies, games, walks and other activities.  There are so many activities to explore.  Books, puzzles, bike riding, wood working, crafts, sewing, family game night, badminton, croquet.  So many things that you can do by yourself or with others.  You can increase your social activity by joining a play or singing or playing in a group.  You can join a gym and learn how to make each muscle perform to capacity.  You can take a class.  You are never bored, you have plenty of things to keep you occupied. 

And you find it easy to take time for yourself.  Just time to relax, be at peace, contemplate and let your mind wander. Your energy level is very high, and you feel more energized with every word you hear.  You lose all interest in food because there is so much to do.  You have so many options available to you.  You eat because you must, your body needs nutrition.  You begin to wonder why other people eat unhealthy food at all.  It simply makes no sense to you.  Why would they put that awful food into their body?  You know how it must make them feel.  It makes their body sluggish and robs them of their energy.  You would never do that to yourself.  Your commitment to being slender and healthy is reinforced every time you see someone else eat anything unhealthy.  You know that you would never do that.  You are committed to being healthy.  Your days of being tired, moody and overweight are gone.  You love the new you.  You love being in total control of your body.  You love thinking clearly, being calm and peaceful, wearing slender clothes.  You love feeling confident in a bathing suit.  It feels wonderful.  You know that today and every day you will eat and drink healthy.  It becomes easier with each day that passes.  You are confident.  You are strong.  And you are slender.
